Test specifications are defined by our customers in collaboration with the dedicated M-Tek project managers as well as our engineering team for every project.
Our engineering team designs the function test equipment (hardware and software) to our customers’ standards. All test setups are designed, manufactured, and programmed in-house.
Once the project specific function testers are set up, their performance is verified. Together with optional in-circuit testing (depending on customer specifications) our function testers are used to ensure 100% conformity of our outgoing goods.
Barcodes on our components and final products ensure traceability of our products throughout the production, assembly and testing facilities and enable us to deliver only products that have undergone all steps of our rigorous testing regimes. All data can be sent to the customer if needed.
